ProMo Colors uses MAC Format for art purposes. If sending artwork in PC format, please specify filename and program used, along with a PDF for proofing. NO SETUP FEE FOR TRUE VECTOR FILES!

If you are placing artwork within our template, please keep the template in its native Illustrator format. When placing raster/process files within our template, please make sure to include the original image file along with the completed template. Templates are available once your order is placed.

We request all text and logos be in vector format. All strokes and fonts are to be converted to outlines/paths. Any raster/process images files are to be sent in PSD / Tiff format as a separate file: please send in layers. DO NOT flatten the image or it may be rejected.

Full Color images in TIFF or PSD must be CMYK (no RGB). For best results use a 150 dpi original image at full scale with a final size ratio of 1:10 scale at 1500 dpi. 

Spot Color artwork should be in vector based file EPS, AI or FH, with all PMS colors noted. Please do not lock your art files.

Convert all fonts and strokes to outlines/ paths or include font TTF.

Indicate all colors used as PANTONE Colors. Solid Coated Version Only.
